Returns & Exchanges

At TCO Fly Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor and lifestyle apparel. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
